Fahid Island

Fahid Island, also known as Al Fahid Island, is Abu Dhabi’s newest ultra-luxury waterfront development by Aldar Properties, strategically positioned between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Spanning approximately 3.4 million square meters, the island is designed as a wellness-focused, low-density community that blends natural landscapes, mangroves, and pristine beaches with contemporary architecture and high-end living.

The master plan envisions an exclusive residential haven featuring villas, townhouses, and beachfront apartments surrounded by lush greenery and serene coastal views.
