Al Tareq Star is a Saudi-rooted real estate developer led by Sheikh Tariq Ali Al Tamimi, drawing on more than eight decades of regional business experience. Norah Residence is Al Tareq Star’s first Dubai development, bringing 183 homes to Jumeirah Village Circle. The collection spans studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom duplexes, with sizes from 413 to 2,312 square feet and handover scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Designed by NAGA Architects, the homes include smart-home technology, equipped kitchens, branded appliances and refined finishes.
