1. Who we are

projectory.ae (the “Site”) is operated by Projectory Portal L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Projectory”, “we”, “us”). We are a property listing and advertising platform for new and off-plan developments in the UAE.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). For anything in this policy, you can contact us atinfo@projectory.ae.

2. Information we collect

  • Enquiry details. When you submit an enquiry about a project, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, your message, and the project you are interested in.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation and your contact details.
  • Anonymous usage statistics. We measure how the Site is used with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. We see aggregate information, such as which pages are popular and which country visits come from. This information does not identify you.

You can browse the Site without creating an account and without providing any personal information.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and help you get the information you asked for.
  • To connect you with the property developer or a partner broker relevant to your enquiry (see section 4).
  • To send you relevant updates about projects, launches, and offers, where permitted. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations that apply to us in the UAE.

4. Who we share it with

When you enquire about a project, we pass your enquiry details, including your name, contact information, and message, to the property developer or partner broker best placed to help with that project, so they can contact you directly.By submitting an enquiry you agree to this. Once your details are with a developer or broker, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

We also share information with:

  • Service providers that host our website and store our data, under contracts that protect your information;
  • Authorities or courts where the law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Where your information is stored

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may store or process information on servers located outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection consistent with UAE data protection law.

6. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics work without cookies and without collecting personal identifiers. Any cookies or similar storage the Site sets are strictly necessary for it to function.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate business purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

8. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your information;
  • withdraw consent where our use relies on it (including opting out of marketing).

To exercise any of these rights, emailinfo@projectory.ae. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including developers’ websites and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
