Projectory's editorial content is created and reviewed by its founders, who bring more than 30 years of combined experience brokering, buying, developing and selling properties in the UAE.
A founder reviews and approves every editorial article before publication, and Projectory remains responsible for the final content.

How topics are chosen
We prioritise the questions buyers ask, changes in the UAE property market, new project launches, developer track records, areas, buying processes and costs. We also cover regulatory developments when they materially affect the way readers research or buy property.
Developers and commercial partners may provide information or suggest subjects. Projectory decides what is published and remains responsible for presenting it accurately and with appropriate context.

Where our information comes from
The sources we use depend on the subject. We favour direct, official and primary sources wherever they are available.
Project information
Official developer materials, authorised partners, direct confirmations and project documentation.
Market information
Government and regulator sources, public transaction records, statistical releases and official notices.
Practical guidance
UAE property experience, applicable official guidance and primary sources relevant to the subject.
Prices, availability, incentives, payment plans and handover dates can change. Readers should confirm current details with the developer or authorised sales representative before making a decision.

How AI assists our process
We use AI-assisted tools to help organise research and prepare drafts. They do not publish independently or serve as sources. A founder reviews and approves every editorial article before publication.
