GINCO Properties is a Dubai real estate developer backed by the construction and engineering heritage of GINCO Group. The group was established in 1975, giving the property business a long-standing foundation in project delivery, technical expertise and the demands of building for the UAE market.

Its residential portfolio is concentrated in established Dubai districts, with homes designed around contemporary architecture, refined finishes and amenity-led urban living. The approach combines the group’s contracting experience with a clear focus on quality, reliability and practical long-term value.

VELOR is a limited collection of 29 four- and five-bedroom penthouses, pairing a sculptural bronze-toned façade with private, generously proportioned residences. GP ONE Residence adds 453 studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments in Downtown Dubai, with completion planned for the first quarter of 2027.

VYB brings 168 one- and two-bedroom apartments to Business Bay, while Privé Residence comprises 226 one- and two-bedroom homes in Dubai Hills Estate.
