IGO (Invest Group Overseas)

IGO, short for Invest Group Overseas, is a Dubai-based investment and property development company founded in 2004. The developer forms part of MAG Group and operates across the Middle East and international markets.

Since its foundation, IGO has built a portfolio of 13 projects across four continents, with more than 10 million sq ft of completed built-up area. Chairman Moafaq Al Gaddah and Managing Partner and CEO Dr Mhd Anas A. Kozbari lead the company.

IGO’s UAE portfolio includes Pelagos in Dubai Marina, Azura Residences on Dubai Islands, Society House in Downtown Dubai, The Paragon in Business Bay, Catch Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle and The Polo Residence beside Meydan Racecourse. Its completed communities also include The Polo Townhouses, The Estate I and The Estate II.
