Madar Developments

Madar Developments is the Dubai property development arm of Al Madar Group, drawing on more than 35 years of experience across construction, engineering and real estate. The wider group also works in gas infrastructure, technology and security systems.

Madar’s residential portfolio is centred in Majan under the Tulip Oasis name. The collection includes Tulip Oasis 9, Tulip Oasis X and Tulip Oasis 11, continuing a series that has established the developer’s presence in the community.
