Manta Bay on Al Marjan Island is a waterfront residential development with a rooftop sandy beach, while Colibri Views in RAK Central combines smart residences, wellness facilities and views towards the Arabian Sea and Al Hamra Golf Course. The developer has also announced Ice Beach at Al Marjan Beach.
