Meteora Developers is a Dubai-based residential developer led by founder and chief executive Praveen K. Sharma and co-founder Omar Al Omour. Its leadership combines experience across finance, investment, engineering, construction and development operations, supporting a joined-up approach from site selection and concept design through delivery and resident service.

Meteora established its Dubai portfolio in Jumeirah Village Circle with The East Crest, 7 Park Central, Vita Grande, Park Boulevard and Vivanti Residences. The East Crest has been completed and handed over, while the wider collection has given the developer a recognisable presence in JVC through contemporary mid- and high-rise residential buildings positioned close to community parks and neighbourhood services.

Vivanti Residences brings 550 studios and one- and two-bedroom smart homes to JVC, supported by swimming pools, a gym, padel court, co-working areas, outdoor cinema, children’s spaces and ground-floor retail.
