The developer selects established residential communities and emerging waterfront districts, giving buyers a choice between a central neighbourhood setting and a resort-style coastal address. Its homes combine contemporary architecture, practical floor plans, smart-home technology and shared spaces designed for everyday use.

Xenia Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle offers 73 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The five-storey building includes a swimming pool, fitness centre, residents’ lounge, sauna, steam room and landscaped leisure areas, with handover scheduled for Q4 2026.

Calla Isle is NYX Properties’ forthcoming waterfront development on Dubai Islands. Its 73 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are planned with beach access, a rooftop pool and resort-style amenities, with completion scheduled for Q3 2028.
