About Palladium Development

Palladium Development is a homegrown Dubai boutique developer shaped by an Emirati architectural legacy spanning more than half a century. The family’s contribution to the city began with early planning and villa development in Al Rashidiya; today, that heritage informs a selective portfolio of residential and hospitality addresses in prime urban and waterfront locations.

The company favours boutique, mid-rise buildings that bring distinctive architecture, efficient planning and lifestyle amenities into a cohesive whole. A closely managed development model keeps design quality, construction standards and the long-term resident experience aligned, while locations are selected around established infrastructure, connectivity and future growth.

Coralis Grand Residences is Palladium’s canal-front address in Meydan Riviera, with 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and three crown-level Sky Villas. Its flowing, coral-inspired façade frames generous terraces, while wellness, leisure and social spaces extend the waterfront setting through the resident experience.

The wider portfolio moves confidently between residential and hospitality formats. Grandala introduces a furnished home-hotel concept in Jumeirah Garden City, Magnolia brings serviced residences to Dubai Knowledge Park, and Amazonia creates a waterfront community in Al Jaddaf. Regent Yacht Hotel and Cruise Hotel add a distinctive hospitality dimension, giving Palladium a broad platform for design-led development across Dubai.
