Sanzen

Sanzen is a UAE real estate developer creating lagoon communities shaped around wellbeing, natural surroundings and considered contemporary design. Based in Dubai, the company works across Dubai and Sharjah, with a portfolio led by Zen Lagoons in Meydan Horizon and Sukoon in Al Tay East.

Its design philosophy favours calm circulation, natural light, restrained materials and a close relationship between homes, water and landscaped space. Smart-home systems are integrated into the architecture to simplify lighting, climate and security, supporting daily comfort without distracting from the character of the home.

Sukoon brings this approach to a gated villa community in Al Tay East, Sharjah. The master plan comprises 859 three- to seven-bedroom villas arranged around crystal lagoons, parks and green corridors, with cycling routes, sports courts, swimming pools, a nursery, mosque and neighbourhood retail planned within the community. Handover is anticipated in June 2028.

Zen Lagoons extends Sanzen’s water-led, wellness-focused approach to Meydan Horizon in Dubai.
