Zenith Developers is a Dubai-based property developer operating within Zenith Group. Established in 2006, the business has grown from a construction company into an integrated real estate platform with specialist capabilities spanning development, architecture, engineering, contracting, interiors, leasing and property management.

This breadth gives Zenith direct control over the full development cycle. Design decisions, buildability, construction quality, finishing and post-handover operations are coordinated within the same group, creating a consistent route from the first concept through to the everyday management of a completed property.

Zenith D1, also known as Armas, brings the company’s integrated approach to Dubai South. The low-rise residential development is shaped by flowing horizontal lines, broad glazing and landscaped internal spaces, with a central pool courtyard creating a calm focal point for residents. Its studio, one- and two-bedroom homes are planned for an emerging district close to Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport.

The wider portfolio includes Zenith Tower J1 and Konnichiwa in Jumeirah Village Circle, Zenith L1 in Liwan and Zeitaku in Dubai Sports City.
