Zoya Developments entered Dubai in 2024 after 14 years in property development. The company is led by founder Imtiaz Khan, co-founder Zoya Khan and CEO Shoaib Khan, with its Dubai office in Business Bay.

The developer creates contemporary homes around craftsmanship, liveability and resident well-being. Its approach brings together functional architecture, integrated smart-home technology, outdoor space and sustainable design features.

Zoya’s Dubai portfolio includes Pristine, Nuvé, Izel, Miorah and Elanora by Zoya, with developments across Dubai Land Residence Complex, Dubai South and Dubai Industrial City. The collection ranges from compact furnished apartments to larger homes in growing residential districts.

Elanora by Zoya is a boutique building in Dubai Industrial City with 117 fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. Its rooftop and wellness amenities include swimming pools, indoor and outdoor gyms, landscaped seating, a running track and a residents’ business centre.
